Almost two complete weeks and still no cigarettes and I managed to lose .6 lbs. Thats point 6. I totally gained 5 pounds. Not bad and it is on its way out.

I have lost 9 lbs on the "Carnation Instant Breakfast made with organic skim milk - rotisserie chicken - Newman's Own salsa- All Bran Multi-Grain Crackers - Easy Cheese - unsweetened iced tea - with the occasional dollop of Ben and Jerry's ice cream" diet! I guess I should add some veggies to that!

  5. Now that sounds very interesting, except of course for the chicken. Is that all you ate? I love salsa and crackers, hum, might have to check this out.

  6. The All Bran Multi Grain crackers are so good!! They go very well with salsa and are high in fiber so they fill you up. They also make garlic and herb ones,but I haven't tried those yet.Now I am having some steamed veggies tonight.Those are important,and my freezer is full of them!
